HARD TIME
This movie is the story about Chaney, an underground boxer who wanderd around. Then,he found Speed, a gamble man who take him for fighting. Chaney is skillful in fighting, he can take all enemy down and got a lot of money. After that, Mr.Gandil neet him to join with, with big amount of money but he refused the deal so that, Mr.Gandil have to find another one to take Chaney down, finally, Chaney take his enemy down again and cotinued wandering.
My point of view, this movie is in the period of great depression, charactheristic of this period, a lot of gamble, prostitute, a use of Ferry and image of old factory.
People addicted to gambling.
I notice that people in this time still have a low standard of living but each amount of bambling money is quite high. I think, the gap between rich and poor people is large and I have found that architecture is this period is more closely to the western style. lastly, this movie is suit fot the people who want to practice the gambling skill ( hahahaha ).

An interesting story. The movie does give us a good feel for the times. People had to make money some way. Fighting is probably a good as way to make money as any other way.
You covered the movie and its characteristics pretty well. A simple storyline with simple American cultural characteristics.
